Once we have been engaged for your property valuation, we will provide you with a completion date for our services. If additional time is required, we inform you before the due date. Most can be completed within 5 business days.
Property valuations are typically valid for a limited time. This is due to ever-changing market conditions and other variable external factors. If your report has expired, we can provide an update for a reduced fee.
The property assessments are conducted and completed by Russell Jarred, the Owner of NQ Valuers. Russell is a Registered Property Valuer in Queensland (VRBQ) and is also a Certified Practicing Valuer (AAPI) member of the Australian Property Institute, with over 17 years of experience in private valuation practice. Russell previously worked for worked for JLL (formerly Propell National Valuers) in Far North Queensland (since 2008) and Northern Property Valuers. He has extensive experience in the local authority areas of Cairns, Douglas, Mareeba, Tablelands and the Cassowary Coast and has been involved in residential, rural lifestyle and rental assessments. Russell completed a Bachelor of Business at the University of Queensland in 1985.

The head office for NQ Valuers is based in Cairns, Far North Queensland. However we are able to travel across our coverage area regularly, conducting inspections but also to meet with Local Professionals and Public officials.
